Boxster / Cayman with Automatic Transmission

Don't worry if your donor car has an automatic transmission since you'll be ditching the stock Porsche gearbox anyway. Switching to a manual is a logical and fairly easy as part of the whole process. The K-Swap requires a Honda manual transmission and shifter, you simply need to also install a Porsche clutch pedal assembly and master cylinder assembly to easily convert the car to a manual.

911 with Automatic Transmission

While the 911 K-Swap does not support Porsche automatic transmissions, manual conversion is a common and manageable solution. To complete the swap, you’ll need a Porsche manual gearbox, pedal assembly, shifter box with cables, and a full clutch hydraulic system (master cylinder, slave cylinder, and lines)
