Our K-Swap conversion solution is designed to replace the original Porsche powertrain with the legendary Honda K-Series engine and transmission. We provide the critical hardware and electronics required to modernize your 986 or 987.
Engineered Swap Components
- Precision Subframe: Our custom-engineered subframe allows for a bolt-in installation of a Honda K24 engine paired with a Honda K-Series transmission.
- Plug-and-Play Wiring: Eliminate the headache of custom wiring. Our harness integrates the Honda powerplant directly into the Porsche chassis electronics.
- Advanced ECU Solution: Developed in collaboration with Link ECU, our custom firmware and basemaps allow the Link ECU to communicate with the Porsche dash and CAN bus systems, ensuring your gauges and vitals work as intended.
- Shifter & Cables: Partnering with K-Tuned, we’ve adapted their industry-leading shifter box and cables to fit the Porsche cabin perfectly, providing the crisp, bolt-action shifts K-series owners expect.
