Boxster / Cayman K-Series Clutch Slave Bracket
Whenever possible we find it best to use OEM parts. During testing of our development Boxster and Cayman we realized that the OEM Honda clutch slave was not sized properly to the Porsche Clutch Master Cylinder which caused the clutch pedal to feel too hard with abrupt engagement. To fix this we decided to try a Porsche clutch slave cylinder, unfortunately it was not possible to use the original Boxster/Cayman clutch slave cylinder because of its shape and mounting tabs. However we found that the 996/997 Porsche 911 Clutch slave worked perfectly instead and is not an expensive part brand new.
Realizing this would significantly improve drivability we created a bracket that allows you to bolt an OEM Porsche 911 ( Part # Sachs SH550 ) to the Honda K-Series transmission
Our kit includes:
- Clutch Slave Bracket
- Mounting Hardware
* Clutch Slave Cylinder is not included
Use 2002 to 2008 Porsche 911 Clutch Slave Cylinder
